These Terms & Conditions explain how Cup Pong League accounts, tournaments, organizer tools, submitted content, payments and platform access work.
- You must use accurate account information and keep your CPL account tied to your own verified cell number.
- CPL may enforce tournament rules, review disputes, disqualify participants, remove teams or content, and restrict platform abuse.
- By submitting text, photos, profile or team images, song requests, results or tournament content, you grant CPL a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, distribute and process that content for CPL business operations.
- Tournament rentals, local player text blast requests and other paid CPL services activate only after payment is confirmed through the approved checkout provider.
- Tournament text messages are required for tournament participation. Optional marketing texts are 21+ only and can be opted out of at any time.
Tournament Rules And Disputes
CPL provides tools for tournament organizers and players, but live event rulings may require organizer judgment. CPL may review disputes, remove incorrect submissions, disqualify abusive participants and protect tournament integrity.
Organizer Access
Tournament organizer command access is limited to approved accounts, approved numbers and the active tournament window. Organizer commands may be restricted, expired, removed or audited to protect tournament data.
Payments And Paid Services
Paid tournament rentals and optional local player blast services are processed by the approved checkout provider. CPL services should not activate until payment is confirmed. Refunds, disputes and chargebacks may be reviewed based on the event record and payment provider data.
User Content License
Users grant CPL a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, distribute and process submitted text, photos, profile images, team images, audio/music requests, game results and tournament content for CPL operations.
SMS Consent
Tournament texts are used for verification, table assignments, check-ins, bracket or result updates, organizer alerts and tournament operations. Message frequency varies by tournament activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for assistance.
Platform Abuse
Users may not scrape private data, impersonate other players, submit false results, abuse text commands, interfere with tournaments, upload harmful content or attempt to bypass account restrictions.
Service Availability
CPL works to keep the platform available and accurate, but live events, internet service, carrier delivery, payment providers and third-party services can affect timing. CPL may update, pause or restrict features to protect the platform.
